Rising Voice Village
A Vision Rooted in Love, Dignity, and Possibility.
The Vision
A Vision Rooted in Love, Dignity, and Possibility.
Every person deserves to live in a space designed not just for care — but for connection, belonging, and purpose.
Rising Voice Village is a bold new vision inspired by Heidi’s son, Ethan, and the thousands of nonspeaking autistic adults who have been misunderstood, underestimated, and overlooked. This is not a traditional housing project. It’s a reimagined community built on the belief that competence should be presumed, potential should be nurtured, and love should guide design.
Rising Voice Village will be the first-of-its-kind residential and vocational community created for nonspeaking autistic adults — and for the families and professionals who believe in what’s possible when love leads.
Built around dignity, accessibility, and inclusion, the Village will:
Provide safe, beautiful, sensory-friendly homes that foster independence and connection.
Offer meaningful vocational opportunities where residents can learn, work, and contribute.
Integrate nature, creativity, and community engagement as essential parts of daily life.
Serve as a model for replication — proving what’s possible when we design from love, not fear.
Why It Matters
Across the U.S., families of autistic adults face impossible choices — isolation, limited options, and systems that define support through restriction instead of possibility. Rising Voice Village was created to change that.
Our mission is to show the world that:
Different is not deficit.
Support can empower rather than limit.
Love and design can coexist beautifully.
This project will not only serve residents — it will stand as a living example of what’s possible when humanity leads innovation.
The Call to Action
Rising Voice Village is currently in the vision and development stage — and we’re seeking:
Investors & Philanthropists to help fund feasibility studies, land acquisition, and design development.
Developers & Builders who align with our mission and want to partner in creating the first model site.
Foundations & Advocates who believe in reshaping how we support adults with high support needs.
Together, we can create a model of community living that honors every human’s worth, competence, and contribution.
If you’re a dreamer, builder, investor, or changemaker who believes in designing from love — we’d love to hear from you.
